Planning for Pollinators - Turn your garden into a pollinator haven
Thursday, June 6, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Pollinators play an essential role in gardens.
Without them, many of our foods and flowers could not produce. Dr.
Connie Vadheim (CSU Dominguez Hills) will discuss ways to attract a range of
native pollinators as part of the gardening series “Out of the Wilds and
Into Your Garden” on Thursday, June 6th, 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Gardena Mayme
Dear Library, 1731 W. Gardena Blvd., Gardena. For additional
information call (310) 217-0681 or visit www.gardenawillows.org. This
is the only gardening series to feature native plants appropriate for the
Gardena/South Bay area – and it’s FREE! This program is sponsored by
the Friends of Gardena Willows Wetland Preserve.

Nature’s Backyard in the Gardena Willows Wetland Preserve. The Preserve and
