Before we start roll call, is there any

“approximate location”. Also, please respond back with the answer to
the following “disaster preparedness question", “Do you keep a pair
of shoes and a flashlight next to your bed while sleeping”

G-212 – Florence Daguro
G-214 – Bill Horn
G-215 – Flo Weaver
G-220 – Luis Cruz – (GDCS Animal Control
Training Officer)
G-221 – Maribel Cruz
Before we continue, if there is any late or missed “check-ins” to the net, please come now.
NOTE: (If you joined the net after
roll call is finished then now is the time to identify yourself with
your “call sign”.)
Messaging
We will now continue on with the
“Messaging Portion of the net.
The first message of
the night will be read by “Net Control”:
“Message as follows”
More than half of Americans have not
prepared copies of crucial documents. Think of all your
important documents, from the title to your house, to Social
Security cards, passports and birth certificates. What would you do
if you lost all these documents from a fire that burned your house
after an earthquake? Make copies of your documents and keep in a
sealed, waterproof pouch in your
emergency kit so you can easily take them with you if you need
to evacuate. It’s a good idea to also scan copies of your documents
and save them electronically, incase anything happens to your home
before you’re able to evacuate. Another good idea is to have
original copies saved in your safety deposit box at a bank. Getting
your life back to normal after a disaster will be even more
stressful if important documents are destroyed, so take time now to
make copies.
“End of Message”
“Closing the Net”
Before closing the net, is there any late or missed check-ins to the net, if so, please come now”
Note: If you joined the net in
progress now is the time to identify yourself with your “call sign”
and let net control know if you have any messages for the net.
