The TRI-CITY CERT Organization (Community Emergency Response Team) completed a three day training class graduating over 20 citizens in urban search and rescue, basic medical and small fire eradication. All this is in the context of a major disaster hitting the South Bay. Ordinary citizens were trained in FEMA's Incident Command System. Click here to see pictures from the Graduation Class.
